TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1 These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "COUTURE CANDLES" EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER, and the users, hereinafter referred to as the CUSTOMERS, of the online store https://www.couturecandlesbyad.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE).
2 By completing an order on the Website and checking the corresponding consent box, the Customer declares that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions, agree with their content, and undertake to comply with them.

III. WEBSITE CHARACTERISTICS AND ORDERS
4 The online store offers goods for sale and distance delivery.
5 To place an order, the Customer must:
◦ Select one or more of the offered goods and add them to their "Cart";
◦ Review the contents of the cart and proceed to checkout;
◦ Provide a valid email address, phone number, and delivery address;
◦ Choose a payment and delivery method;
◦ Confirm the order.
6 Each order placed through the Website constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract between the Seller and the Customer. The Seller confirms acceptance of the order by sending an automated email to the Customer.
IV. PRICES AND PAYMENT
7 All prices of goods on the Website are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and are final.
8 The delivery price is not included in the price of the goods and is calculated additionally upon completion of the order according to the rates of the selected courier company.
9 The Customer can pay the price of the ordered goods through:
◦ Cash on Delivery (payment in cash or by card upon delivery to the courier);
◦ Bank Transfer (to the Seller's account);
◦ Card Payment (via a virtual POS terminal on the Website, if available).
V. DELIVERY
10 Delivery of the ordered goods is carried out to an address specified by the Customer or to an office of a courier company (Econt or Speedy) on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
11 The estimated delivery time is from 2 to 5 working days, unless another period is specified in the product description.
12 The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier company but undertakes to assist the Customer in tracking the shipment.
VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS
13 According to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the date of acceptance of the goods, without giving a reason.
14 To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller at the email adrianaivanova464@gmail.com by sending an unequivocal statement or using the Standard Withdrawal Form (available below).
15 The goods must be returned in their original commercial packaging, without traces of use or damaged appearance. The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the Customer.
16 The Seller refunds the amount paid for the goods within 14 days after receiving them back in the same way the payment was made (unless the parties agree otherwise).
17 Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after their delivery and cannot be returned due to reasons related to hygiene or health protection.
VII. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
18 The Customer has the right to a complaint for any non-conformity of the goods with the agreed within a period of up to 2 years from delivery, but no later than 2 months from establishing the non-conformity.
19 When making a complaint, the Customer must indicate the subject of the complaint, their preferred method of satisfaction, and a contact address.
VIII. SUPERVISORY AUTHORITIES AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
